The Graham under development
The Graham at Gracepoint is an innovative approach to provide permanent supportive housing for those without a place to live. One of the most vulnerable homeless populations is people with disabilities such as mental illness and/or intellectually challenged.
Supportive housing helps save and improve lives, prevent and end homelessness, and halt an expensive and hopeless pattern of dependency on crisis care in hospitals, shelters, and correction facilities. It is the most effective and cost-efficient way to reduce homelessness among the mentally ill.
In addition to traditional supportive services, we also have primary health care and a pharmacy on campus to offer a holistic approach toward wellness.
