Responsible for the management and oversight of staffing patterns for EACS. This position also provides support for direct service staff and reports to and functions under the direction, instruction and supervision of the program administrators.
High school diploma or above and at least 2 years support services/business administration experience preferred. Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn and use other computer software. Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to, and respond to questions from managers, clients, service providers, family members and the general public. Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships required for proper functioning. Demonstrates skills to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and facilitate tasks and work assignments.
Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds of dead weight alone. May be required to complete standing presentations involving speaking and listening to audience.
General office health care setting. Most work completed while seated at desk using standard office equipment. Fast paced. Multi-tasking requiring above average time management skills. Team approach.
