Ensures the assigned program is in compliance with state license regulations, Joint Commission, DCF/ADM contract requirements,Gracepoint policies and program level operational procedures. Responsible for the operations, management and development of assigned program. Functions include program planning, implementation and evaluation; supervision of program staff and activities; supervision of line staff and support staff; preparation and management of budgets; interviewing, hiring, and delegation of respnsibilities to staff; preparing administrative reports and grant proposals; coordinating program activities with other community agencies. Must have a Masters degree and be a licensed clinician. Knowledge of direct services, including relevant DSM 5 diagnosis and symptomatology. Knowledge of adminstration/supervision/and business maangement. Ability to analyze and interpret clinical records, procedures, or governmental regulations. Valid Florida drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation. Ability to remain calm under stress. May be required to complete standing presentations involving speaking and listening to audience. Minimal to frequent exposure to clients; interface with community agencies as appropriate; client homes in a variety of socioeconomic neighborhoods; hospital based environment with direct exposure to clients.
