Provides support and management to clinical staff and clients within department. Reports to and functions under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the program administrator.Minimum high school diploma or general education degree. Must be able to type 35wpm, read, write, comprehend verbal and written instructions, file alphabetically and use office machines. Ability to communicate effectively with, provide information to, and respond to questions from employees, clients, visitors and all outside providers. Ability to remain calm under stress. Must be capable of lifting ten pounds of dead weight alone. Most work is completed while seated at desk using standard office equipment. Interface with patients in an outpatient or acute care inpatient environment. Fast paced. Multi-tasking requiring above average time management skills. Team approach.
