Under the supervision of the Program Manager this position provides the necessary clerical support needed by the programs in order to perform its mission. Ability to analyze and interpret clinical records procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships required for proper functioning within the clinical role. Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to, and respond to questions from consumers, services providers, family members, and the general public. Capability of occasionally lifting and moving up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision. Valid Florida drivers license and reliable transportation are necessary. QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Service related discipline. Two years experience in behavioral health preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be eligible to apply for and obtain Florida Certification Board's Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager-Supervision Certificate.
