Title:Team Lead - Child CSU - DM 0054-0055 [256]
Location:Tampa, Florida

The Team Leader is an administrative position responsible for the coordination and supervision of the operation of program component(s).  Oversees delivery of care and activities of the clinical staff.  Develops and oversees daily treatment program activities and assists with program development.  Ensures effective documentation of clinical care in charts and on reports and billing documents.  Work performed will primarily involve clinical consultation and supervision of staff, resource development, and quality control. Children's Inpatient setting ages 5-17. ·    Master’s degree in a human service field, 2 years relevant post graduate experience.  Licensed preferred. ·         Strong commitment to the right and ability of each person with a severe and persistent mental illness or a co-occurring substance use disorder to live in normal community residences; work in market jobs; and have access to helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous support and services. ·         Skills and competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with the consumers. ·         Ability to read, analyze, and interpret clinical record information, departmental procedures, and governmental regulations. ·         Ability to assess and record observations. ·         Ability to complete professional correspondence. ·         Ability to make logical decisions based on sound reasoning and understanding of consequences.  QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: Florida LMHC or LCSW.  Previous clinical program management experience required.   *****Interested applicants should send their resume and/or cover letter to Kyle Gatz at*****
